About Us Our PhilosophyEvery dog deserves these five things:Great Nutrition Healthy appropriate food and treats, supplements as needed and clean fresh water Positive Training To come to an understanding of what it takes to live in a non-doggy world Exercise to develop a healthy fitness level and as an outlet for all their doggy energy Socialization with people and dogs in appropriate surroundings A Loving Home a safe haven for your well-adjusted pet At A Place for Paws, we want to help you provide your dog with the first four – in fun and happy ways that are great for dogs and their humans. As for the fifth, you should enjoy providing that one for your dog yourself (although we would love to serve as a loving home away from home). A note from the owner: I am delighted to welcome you to the new website of A Place for Paws. I think it is exciting and fun and I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. I have had the distinct pleasure of working, along with some great people, to develop this dynamic business over the last ten years. I love dogs and I love the idea of helping dogs stay healthy and happy. Beyond that though, the part I like best about this business has been working with, getting to know and helping people with dogs – from our customers to our vendors to my awesome employees. I am hopeful that A Place for Paws has made a positive difference in the lives of those involved here as they most assuredly have had a remarkable impact on A Place for Paws. Dani Edgerton, Owner
