      Frequently Barked Questions

Is playtime suitable for all dog breeds and sizes?

Since we have multiple yards both inside and out, we welcome a variety of dog breeds, ages & sizes. Of course, you and our trainer will be there with your dog to watch and make sure all of their interactions are positive.

How do you ensure safety during playtime?

Each playtime is monitored by a trainer experienced in group dog play. They will be watching for any behavior that may not be appropriate at playtime. We do evaluate all dogs that are included in playtime for social bahaviors and good play styles.

What if my dog doesn't get along with others during playtime?

If your dog is having trouble, we may ask you to bring him for very brief trials to get use to playing with other if that makes sense for him. We may also ask that he leaves if his play is inappropriate and dangerous or if he is simply not enjoying the interaction. If the problem is with just one dog, we may ask the owners to bring their dogs at different times.

Can I bring multiple dogs to playtime?

Yes, you can bring 2 or more dogs as long as you can control them when they are off leash in the playyards.
