As we were preparing for our valentine’s party at A Place for Paws,we decided we needed a unique and wonderful treat for all our furry clients. We settled on these delightfully stinky Hearts O’ Liver. They were easy (albeit sticky and stinky) to make. Here’s some pictures of the process.

The batter will not be smooth. Don’t worry too much if it’s bumpy, lumpy, stringy and stinky. It’s all part of the process.
You can make this recipe and cut it into squares but isn’t it just way too cute in heart shapes.
Miriam, our taste tester for today, says they are quite yummy. She is looking forward to the Valentine’s Day party!
