We try to keep all A Place for Paws Raw mixes in stock. However, to provide the freshest product we prepare mixes weekly. We may be out of some items temporarily, but will make every effort to fill your order promptly.

A Place for Paws Raw minimum order is eight (8) pounds. A Place for Paws Raw food orders may be mixed or matched to obtain the appropriate size order. A Place for Paws Raw food orders must be placed in increments of eight(8) pounds, twenty-four(24) pounds, or forty-eight(48) pounds. Since our coolers are sized to fit these weights we will only accept orders in these quantities.

Poultry(Turkey necks, Chicken backs or necks) orders must be placed in twenty (20) pound increments.

Raw Meaty Bones (Beef, Pork, Lamb) may be ordered by package as an addition to any A Place for Paws Raw order over the 8 pound minimum order. There is a minimum order of twenty-one (21) pounds if ordered separately.

All A Place for Paws Raw food orders are shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to ensure prompt delivery to you.

Orders for non-perishable merchandise may be shipped at any time.

We ship all A Place for Paws Raw food orders in styrofoam coolers sized to fit orders of eight (8) pounds, twenty-four (24) pounds or forty-eight (48) pounds.

Poultry(Turkey necks, Chicken backs or necks) orders are packed in non-reusable styrofoam coolers.

We ship A Place for Paws Raw food orders to the following states ONLY: NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, WV, MD, DE, VA, NC, SC, AL, TN, KY, OH, MI, IN, IL, WI, IA, and portions of ME, GA, MO, MN and ND. Click here to see if you are in our delivery area.

Orders for all other merchandise may be shipped to any location.

We ship via UPS Ground. Shipping charges are calculated by using UPS Ground Rates. Your order form will show approximate shipping cost. We reserve the right to amend that cost based on the true shipping weight of your order.

Remove your order from the cooler and refrigerate or freeze immediately. If a container is thawed, but still cold, it should be used first. A container that is partially thawed can be refrigerated or refrozen without concern for spoilage or loss of quality.

We believe in helping the environment while keeping down costs, therefore we reuse all 8, 24 & 48 pound coolers. On A Place for Paws Raw food orders we ask if you wish to return or be charged for the shipping cooler.

If you indicate that you wish to return the cooler, we will include a return address label with your order and ask that you return the cooler in its carton(if it has one) as soon as possible. The average USPS cost for returning the cooler is between $3.00 and $5.00. If the cooler is damaged, please call 800-354-4216.

If you indicate that you would like to be charged for the cooler, your credit card will be charged: 8# cooler - $4.00, 24# cooler - $6.00, 48# cooler - $7.00.
